Yep and only total capitialization it the prospectus of $ 53,509.00 .. man I know OTCs that are better stocks than this one. Unbelieveable. They do not even have a Q or a K but right after did an S8. LOL .. go figure but hey money and hype exists with or without financials. This type of trading is what drives me crazy when people slam start up companies on the OTC ... Go Figure. :-) GB

Ok Dale how about this stock in accordance with your logic that the brand names find it ok then it must be great! Here is the Profile: biz.yahoo.com Here is the news release with the last involving CNET and applying for NASDAQ which I believe is in your neighborhood ... biz.yahoo.com Here is the 10K which came out on May 6, two weeks ago. sec.gov However, right after the CNET news release I got this in my e-mail .. sec.gov Here is the historical trading log... tradepbs.com I hope you realize I do not tout stocks I do the DD and willingly share what I find. I do not care who invests in what nor will I ever. However, VTCO to me is one of the OTCs that could do extremely well in the very near future. Now I also believe based on DD that VRGN is another solid stock and CLWK will also be applying for NASDAQ as will CBQI in the near future... SO as you can see not all OTCs are bad. You just have to do the DD and invest then sit back and wait. I truly hope you do not find this post offensive or a slam at you what so ever. Just trying to show that all markets have hyped garbage stocks. I am not a bigot and I do not sterotype stocks as I do not sterotype people ... Each one stands on its own with me. But I think you can see some of these OTCs are better than the NASDAQ or some of the even bigger boards. :-) GB
