I don't remember exactly. I read that the founder of Blockbuster was working on distributing CD-quality music cuts over the Web, and that insiders were buying CUST around $7. Then the music-distribution model came unglued because of some industry agreements with IBM, etc., so I sold an a reasonable profit. The company was quick to find its footing by continuing to develop its payment system for other e-commerce applications.
