Thanks Bob...suppose the report caused the late sell off, although most of us knew the results last week. Fine....the bad news is out, let's go from here. One contract win could really help now Jack.

I have a guestimate going that they are losing existing customers. The services revenue (which will include software maintenance revenue for existing customers) is down disproportionately to the decrease in license revenue. It could simply be that they performed less in services, but the COGS for services looks like there is still a healthy chunk of maintenance revenue in there.

Just a guess, and I'm far from certain, but I think you want to ask them that on the call as well as another gauge of how things are holding together.
