Everybody on the Street knew this quarter would show small revenue growth. Merrill Lynch in its May 14 bulletin said: <<We forecast revenue growth of 3% in the F2Q to 12.4>> They also said << We are raising our price objective from $90 to $100 or 26x our F2000 estimate of $3.90. HP still has much to prove, but improved earnings and an internet strategy should move the stock higher.>>

I suspect there will be the typical "sell on news reaction", but the stock is headed in the right direction. Let's see how the meeting goes.

3% revenue growth is terrible. But analysts may focus instead
on the 10% order growth, which is at least respectable.
