The way I see it the "up-front"
master franchise fee should
be 10-30k per store depending
on location size, that means
anywhere from 5-15 mil initially!!!
As well how about product sales and
royalties. Even equipment sales.
Germany has the strongest
economy in Europe, this is just the tip
of the iceberg.

I'm sure a substantial chunk of
this master franchise fee
should be realized in next Q
as this deal was probably inked
earlier but just announced today.

I think the stock price should be at
$ 5-6/sh based soley on this announcement.
Remember we're adding 11% more locations, and we
are talking Germany where you have an affluent
market. The initial deal is for 500 locations
but I'm sure that will increase very quickly.

Like I've said before mgt is on the ball.
While everyone was worrying themselves sick
about the stock, management was hustling
all over the globe doing deals.
(I bet they flew coach)
This goes to prove there's still lots
of growth left and we have winners in
the driver's seat.
