Whether this is true or not has nothing to do with MUCP. Any individual can trade through an offshore company and do so for any number of reasons. Most of those reasons are not related to whether MUCP is fraudulent, but instead relate to providing privacy for the investor. With governments as over-zealous as they are these days I cannot find fault in investors wanting some financial privacy. If you have real evidence of fraud by MUCP, I am more than happy to listen. (It does not take fraud to cause a reversal in price when a stock has run up as fast as MUCP has recently.)
