What about the AMD claims that there wouldn't be a 500MHz K7, suggesting that all K7s would run faster. Maybe he was the same guy who claimed the K7 would be the fastest x86 processor on the planet!

600 Mhz part is noticablly absent from this reporting.

In Jerry'own words at the latest shareholder meeting on 4/29:

"We are on track to introduce the K7 in June. The K7 will be introduced at frequencies up to 600 megahertz."
