Buddy you are a JOKE!!!!! How do you like those exclamation points. In fact I am the one who broke the news to the thread of the Countrywide Relationship way before you even existed on this thread. If my memory serves correct, you blabed off at the mouth with some unfounded comment that Countrywide would be buying FiNet.

Do us all a favor and just sell your shares and stop posting on this thread, as your contributions are nothing short of WORTHLESS!!

For someone who in the business you have no idea what you are talking about.

IF (and that is a BIG IF) rates go up people will panic and want to move quicker on buying a home or refinancing. I have to laugh - remember the mid to late '80's - rates were 11% and people still ran out and bought houses.

Anyway, the higher the rates go - the better for FNHC. Why??? Because the higher the rate increase the more likely people will shop around for the best rate - Enter FNHC. So I have to disagree with you and AGREE with Mogul - Go away!!!
