David: I just have to agree with the games MM's will play yet, a market order on NPEC is STUPID in my opinion! What is the rush? There is nothing going on to take the stock up so buy the bid and wait. It will come to you and if the run starts what's the diff, a week from now?? One cent:::??????

Yet buying on a open market order is asking for the highest price anyone can sell you the stock for. They do the same thing when the selling starts just keep a eye on the drop's once.. lower and lower and lower for less and less the MM's cut the price.

The full set of AUDITED FINANCIALS WILL TELL THE PICTURE at that time we could see a little buying over the .07 cent range again, JMO.

Dave that is one of the many things that the MM's do that SHOULD be reported to the SEC!!! This is such a specific that the SEC would probably do something about pretty quick as it would not take much research. Your Broker only placated you but did not solve the problem. I may be a little naieve about reporting to the SEC but it would have been worth a try.
I would have been all over that like stink on DS if it had happened to me! JW
