As you suggest, the stock price takes into account all that is known and perceived about the stock. That being said , we still don't know what the market is really anticipating. Since there was positive relative strength until about 6 weeks ago, something may have changed. Since the price is down, but not far down, that implies that the market is anticipating news that's a little bit bad but not a lot bad.
Whether the anticipation will turn out to be right or wrong remains to be seen.
I've heard the stock market compared to a beauty contest, where you are one of the judges but have a side bet on who is going to win the contest. When you make the bet, you shouldn't bet on the girl you think is prettiest. You should bet on the girl you think the other judges will find the prettiest.
