lots of class actions announced and it's almost always after a major drop. as far as i know, it can take years before it's resolved. but for now, each firm wants to announce it so it can grab the case (i assume). i didn't get to play this stock. main reason: no time.

class action lawsuit...? Here's a list of all 14...

To date there appear to be 14 separate class action lawsuits against Iridium. The URL below will take you to a site contains a table listing them, with links to the law firms involved:
radsl-affinity.phx.primenet.com

The following URL takes you to the complaint filed by one of these law firms. Makes interesting reading:
wyca.com

I've never owned IRID stock, and am not involved in any of these suits.

IRID at the bottom now, not much to lose but a hell of a lot to gain $$$$ >>>great stocks never die!! hmmm.... sounds like I have heard that before...maybe not about a stock but the word "great" fits here
w/IRID ;)

ps, support a class action only means "feed $$$$ to attorneys".... Investors get just about 0....
