Paul, I think this counts as a sports related story.

Latest Trend: The "Stick-On" Bra "Tropical Bra" Conquers Germany

Hamburg - 04 June (rpo.) The latest trend in sexy bathing suits from the hot beaches of Brazil has reached Germany just in time before the beginning of the summer holidays: The "Tropical Bra" is a top to stick onto the skin, set to drive men on beaches, in public baths and along German lakes crazy. The "Tropical Bra" needs no straps or clips: You stick it onto th breasts ... ready to wear.

"I am selling 20 bras a day," Anja Quint says. Quint is working in the women's underwear shop "Easy Rider" in Hamburg. By now, she is receiving requests for it from everywhere in Germany. The "Tropical Bra" is made of two small pieces of soft tissue, which feels like paper but in fact is made of rayon and polyester. These saucer-like patches contain a thin layer of skin-friendly adhesive. "There are many different designs," the 26 year-old shop assistant says: "with flowers, in a tiger design, with mussels and in a reptile-like look."

The application is easy: the skin has to be dry, the film must be
separated from the bra, both patches are attached to the breasts and the beach fun can begin. "They are even water resistant," Quint cheers, "yet one of the patches got loose last week when a customer jumped off a three-meter diving board."

Customers are using the "Tropical Bra" not just for sunbathing without leaving white stripes behind: "Some of our customers are going to wear them during the 'Love Parade' One bra I even sold to a man." There is one serious disadvantage to the new bra: It can be used only once, because the adhesive is destroyed once you remove it. The bra costs nine marks per pair. The manufacturer recommends people with sensitive skin or bruises not to wear it.
