Mike you said it better than i, what you wrote is exactly what i wish i had said. Good wording, keep it up i like reading good posts and especially when the writer makes sense and explains his or her position. I bought nrpi way back in the early days of 1997 and have always thought that at some time this stock would be good. --francis terry
