This quasi-ethical option play makes me believe that the class-action suit in progress may have a lot of merit.

I just wonder why the other telecommunications company is not mentioned in the Tender Packet? Nor was their offer mentioned although it did state that it was a higher offer. A cash deal would be in the best interests of the principals, especially if they wanted out and away from FORE.

The truth should leak out eventually.

Management took care of themselves and their employees

I have a feeling they didn't spend much time thinking about their employees... Too busy stuffing their own pockets.
