Len: I think that we should not jump to conclusions here. Yes, it did say that the stock merger was at a higher price but cash is always perceived in the real world to be worth more than stock. ERICY for example had it's stock price drop in the last month so that could mean the offer was higher at the time but with many uncertainties. I think that we should give the management the benefit of presuming that they acted in our best interest until or unless facts surface that would indicate different. JMHO> Ray
