Ed,

Yes I think we went down that road before (at least I think it was with you) management's shares (CDPlus mgmt) would be restricted from trading, but the rest are free trading as well as the $10,000,000 worth of additional shares to be sold on the market.

In any case, any blip upwards will likely happen BEFORE the shareholder meeting and thus becomes academic.

I agree with you Ed Pakstas. This is a very very good point.

Imagine a volume over 10,000,000 of share on SBX that is realistic. Over 50% of the float will be traded and IMAGINE THE PRICE OF SBX.
