George, I keep reading articles where a deployment edge is conceded to cable. The funniest one was in the LA Times business section and in it the author ceded an edge to cable in residential area's because of cables installed customer base. I suppose those same customers talk to one another through an inter-connected network of cans and strings. I live in LA and cable broadband is nowhere near me but DSL is just about everywhere (I have a 384 line for 50/month ) so I don't know what that particular author was talking about. It seems like cable just gets better press owing to their new alliances,best,p.b.
