I AGREE...VOTE THE DIRECTORS OUT!!!! Midwesterner: Number 6 on my proxy reads... To approve a special resolution authorizing the directors at its discretion, to acquire such properties, assets or undertakings as it determines appropriate for cash or shares. If you read in the circular it explains about the 20% rule. But how many people read the circular about the meeting before voting.... ALL SHAREHOLDERS READ THIS ARTICLE....AND REALIZE WHAT IT MEANS. THE COMPANY CAN BE TAKEN AWAY FROM US VERY EASILY. FOUR MILLION SHARES AT 50 CENTS, AND WE ARE HISTORY. VOTE NO TO THIS PROPOSAL....SAVE OUR COMPANY! LET THEM TELL US WHAT THEY ARE ISSUING SHARES FOR THAT WILL CHANGE CONTROL OF THE COMPANY IN ONE FELL SWOOP.
