Bobby, your observation re. declining volume triangles points to a major move in the market to happen soon...in view of this maybe even an index options straddle would be interesting. and you're right, we have to give the possibility of a bullish resolution the benefit of the doubt here. quite a few people are looking for a correction at this point, which is surely reasonable in view of the weak bond. but the bond contract is near long term support levels, and if they hold and the bond reverses direction, the market could just as well surprise to the upside once again.

I believe DLJ Direct and Waterhouse are coming out as IPOs in June and July. Waterhouse in about 4 weeks. I mentioned TD earlier in this thread which is the parent company.
