Lu, is trying to get out of the consumer products as you can see from their recent moves. There is no way Mr. McGinn buys COMS. It is a hoax created by underperforming Mr. Murphy who is trying to sell some of his shares that he bought high. He is using media to get out. Siemens publicly denied that they have any interest in COMS. They have a partnership with them. COMS will have to live and die with consumers amd low end products.

Why would LU want COMS? I don't have a clue, but I don't think that COMS is the dead duck that some on this thread believe. IMHO some company will do well connecting end users to the Net with portable devices (handheld or wearable) using wireless and other technologies. I am hoping COMS is one such company as I am long both ASND & COMS. I certainly am not in favor of LU purchasing COMS though!
