Brad, since DDEQ has defaulted on payments to their Class A Preferred Stock (http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/923150/0000950147-99-000119.txt), what are the possibilities that the preferred shares will be converted to common?

I didn't see you mention the problems with the Class A stock in your "overview"...

How many share of common stock does that work out to, and what would the effect of having these millions of shares dumped into the float be?

How will they become "the next great Internet stock" if they can't pay their bills?
