I Watch messages, two sets of 100,000. Up 3/32 and over 80,000 shares.

Some continue to post on Yahoo that XOMA can't give out information until the 90 day lookback period is over. That is not correct. The required mortality level could be given out and so could total deaths in the trial. Seeing Genentechs announcement on another drug and the releases by other companies there is reason to doubt XOMA's latest stance. Those of us who remember, still believe XOMA said it would provide information after the 19 day lookback period.

While we have no information, it appears that some institutional buying is going on. Thought institutions, would not move in, unless they had results of the trial. Anyone suppose they are buying based on the same information we have? Who is selling? Could be a lot of long suffering shareholders who hear nothing from the company except wait another 90 days.

Anyone who has not voted against management, please do so now.
