simple really,there is no date.. they keep blaming it on a registration that any ceo of some many companies would know the time factor.. so knowing that a legitimate operation would have filed for this say in march so that tips would have been ready for trading and the DOR on april..see those are the basic fundamental points...the people that figured out the reality of today's cut off were the reason stock fell back to .50...sort of similar to when stock went from .80 to .39 overnight....hmmm..everybody do you remember....this is not bashing,because most of the time i am a shareholder of tnrg,but having a brain has turned this into easy daytrading money.....but the time this genuis is done,all my tnrg shares will have been paid for about 3 times over.... see you can actually own a stock and still have a backbone...

ATTENTION SHAREHOLDERS!! There will be a conference call between TNRG and NASD followed by a PR tomorrow morning. The confusion lies mainly from what Mr Tilton and his attorney understood the information they received meant. I am looking at the fax which clearly states "STOCK SPLITS/DIVIDENDS GREATER THAN 25% and other DISTRIBUTIONS" Here is where the root of this confusion comes from. Mr Tilton explained to me that being the TNRG / TIPS dividend is 25% and not greater than 25% that they thought their first scenario was correct. Today NASD told them differently and that 25% is included in "Greater than 25%" thus the change to audio interview. T A P has received 700K shares of TNRG and 1 mil shares of TIPS from the company for services provided for a period of 1 year.
