I still don't see anything they've got that would lead me to suspect a profit motive behind the military operations. I do suspect that the PR black eye that Clinton took from not taking the jump in Rwanda might have led him to be a bit quick on the trigger this time around.

But I don't see a conspiracy. No credible motive.
