Tom, answer is NO. The "market" is supposed to take care of them in that if they make stupid mistakes and reach loony conclusions no one will listen to them and they will be fired and find their true job calling of flipping burgers at the fast food joint. -g-

Abbey Joseph Cohen of Goldman Sachs recently proclaimed DELL was undervalued because the PE was well below peers, etc. Only problem was she was dividing current earnings by old pre-split shares outstanding getting an EPS that was two times higher than actual and then comparing to current stock price to get a low PE ratio (1/2 what it actually was.) Many of us, including some media, have pointed this out but she has yet to change her opinion or say "OOPS, I screwed up".

And that is the way it goes in this new pair of dimes.
