Alan I think the SB-2 is part of the process but it isn't the final submission to become fully reporting. Remember, it was a SB-2 that MXAM filed last year on the warrants and then withdrew. I think it is something like a 10-K that they have to file to become fully reporting. As for your second question, that my interpretation of what was said. There is an intermediate stage where they will increase to 2500 TPD and that is to be accomplished during the first year. Char
