Jerry, Pat has always monitored this public forum, and has responded either directly or through a spokesperson. Thus I'm sure that he knows about disgruntled shareholders. It is much more valuable to all concerned for him to respond here to all relevant questions asked. If he does not respond it is not because he's unaware that questions are being raised.

Jerry: with all due respect, don't confuse disgruntled, with uneasy. Not necessarily digruntled, but rather disencahanted. NVE has so much to offer, and we all know it. I think we're all antsy as to why we are at.25-30 cents. Even Pat doesn't have the answer. Or at least didn't last time we spoke. I honestly believe, he's as frustrated as us. Only difference is, he's got the money, and its his job to make it all work. That's what all those options are for.........its all about value. I would go so far as to say, we all trust him to work with it the best he can, otherwise, we wouldn't be giving it to NVE. Just want to know what the plans are......no more ....no less. fair questions to ask, in return for more money no? Mike
