Michael -- I see that both HQH and HQL have a new payout policy. Why don't you like it? H&Q claims that the policy should move share price up.

About Tom Waits -- I have it on good authority -- he'll be sober -- and it'll be a great show. One of the great songwriters, and performers, of the late 20th century, IMHO.
