Sonny, now he is calling for maybe a 30% sell off sometime this year You mean he hasn't already seen this? I certainly have :-) or rather, :-(. I think the DOW is now irrelevant as an indicator of the general market. How can a general index not include stocks like MSFT? They claimed it wasn't a NYSE thing... DELL, Greenspan, AOL stock pump conference, options expiration, the planets are probably also aligning. I plan to have a considerable portion of my portfolio in cash by the fourth calendar quarter this year, if only to snap up some bargains. -musea
