Easy to say when we're sitting back here at home, safe and warm.

If the entire economic infrastructure of a country has been destroyed, I don't see how it's "easily fixable." You need to fly in supplies, but you can't get the cement to fix the roads because the cement factory is destroyed. You can't run the bulldozers to clear away the wreckage because you have no fuel. You can't get fuel because the tank farms are destroyed. You can't get new tanks because there is no way to get them there.

It took a Marshall Plan to get Europe back on its feet after WWII. One estimate I have seen is that so far we have dropped explosive power on Yugoslavia equal to more than twice all the explosive power dropped on all of Europe in WWII. How many months did it take in WWII to fly the number of bomber sorties that we have flown so far in this war?

How many bombers or VJ rockets actually got through the Spitfire shield and dropped on London during the Blitz?
