That does not suggest that since "fair value" may be 12,000, that there is no correction ahead. Markets often over-shoot fair value on both sides of the equation by as much as 30%. Nonetheless, for the Dow to reach the 14-15,000 level by August is not out of the question. However, a correction of 14% or up to 23% still remains in the cards for later this year.
