Many people who run companies, especially those who start companies, want to remain in control forever, and would rather run a company into the ground than sell-out. Thus, I have been especially pleased that Jon does seem interested in eventually selling the company, once he maximizes shareholder value.

I think he's a great entrepeneur and investor, and not someone who is just looking to build up his ego.

Jon has proven very flexible, such as his willingness to shelve the company's own brand line, in order to provide packaging for others, when the opportunities seemed stronger there. The company has also been very successful in delivering on performance promises: especially with regard to Wal*Mart, and with regard to the rapid expansion of their capacity.
