Argus analysts note, that as a result, discount chains increased their portion of the 'department store' market from 46% to 64% while national department store chains saw their portion decline from 23% to 16%.
This tells me that their are more people with less money than there were.
On this base and world base i doubt if interest rates will be raised.
Onthe same scale it also says to me that inflation is there in the retail end in moderate high end and people are shifting to a lower scale.
