I certainly agree with you, Pierre...

Although one would think that most people would want to take a pill, a lot of the older generation like the idea of not taking a pill and putting on a SAV as you so well put it. I'd speculate that there's also something more "therapeutic" if you're rubbing something onto the actual area. You have to like it...the demographics of the N. American population favour this kind of drug.

AND, as you know, once it does receive NOC and FDA approval, it will be used for these non-indicated purposes, especially since diclofenac's been around for so long.
