Where to find "all divisions operating at a good profit"? Not in the 10-QSB. Only in the earlier postings of Marcus, which after all are direct from management's mouth.

If you didn't see it in the spirit of my posting, I don't much like the practice of ETPI's management speaking to us through another investor. I prefer to hear news directly from the company's management or at least from its IR department (if there is one). It's too easy for ETPI to shirk its communications responsibilities with this arrangement, too easy to point the finger at someone else for miscommunications.

If you recall the conference call, Doug Butcher responded by saying he'd look into having a management member communicate with us on this board. I don't like the way he chose to handle this effort. When Marcus joins ETPI as an employee, then I'll feel better about the arrangement.

As far as "all divisions operating at a good profit", I don't know if that was an erroneous statement by ETPI management or a filtering error by Marcus. We won't get to know, and that's what's wrong with this arrangement. And you won't find that in the 10-QSB either.
