The annual information form was posted at the Sedar site last Friday. It does not make for pleasant reading. You can really find out the nasty stuff when you read these AIFs. I wasn't thrilled when I read the Executive Compensation, Indebtedness of Directors and Options part of the form. Keep hoping for a turnaround because I think all this talk about selling the company is a smoke screen to soothe long suffering shareholders. Read the form from one end to the other and you'll know what I mean.
