It may be part of the investing world and Van Kasper may have a right to express an opinion. It's still questionable and when you affect large sums of money and people's lives it's important to be ethical. Mary I don't know what you can do to help, but thank you! I've sent this letter and the one that follows to anyone that would listen and some that won't.

I'm questioning some of VKCO's tactics, though cast in a bullish light. I was having trouble finding a specific citation on rule surrounding issuance of buy/sell recommendations.

Do you know of any recent rulings laying down the law, or aspecific clause in the Securities CFR?
