Obviously I knew the company was being shopped. That's a bit different than your willingness to call the timing of the event, and hinting that you knew when it was coming. If you want to say you read the buying on friday and determined that Monday was the day, fine, perhaps you did. That same buying pattern occured on most Friday's, as it does in most serious take-out candidates.
