The closing date for shareholders of record is Friday the 21st.. Anyone looking to add to their position or to get back in if you previously sold to take advantage of the "spin off" have until Friday.

COMMUNICATIONS RESEARCH, INC. (CRI), VTPI's wholly-owned subsidiary, will become a separate and autonomous publicly-traded entity and will distribute one share of its stock (to all shareholders of record as of the closing date) for every four shares of VTPI. Both CRI and IVT will market the Visual EZ II line of products. (The closing date is Friday, May 21, 1999.)

Oh well, I did not loose any money, and I am 1 step closer to being with the new broker. One to go, and that is MOOR, which I intend to hold. I think I will transfer certs and be done with it.
