Sig, re >Remembering the good old days when Dell used to go up 8 or 12 points in a week, today it only has to go up a bit over 2 points to be equivalent to that.< Every share I bought in October and December '97 (at 100 and 78 pre 3 splits) went up $16.50. Gee, that is only a 16.5% and 21% profit on my original investments in one day. I am SOOO disappointed!!!! NOT!!! VRG (with a nod to LoD) edit... I got all those exclamation points at Hank McNabb's yard sale. He had to sell them to cover his shorts. ggggg
