Thrun and Eikenberg will discuss how to analyze reconciliation operations needs to facilitate back office automation. Ralph Thrun is a graduate of Lakehead University, Thunder Bay Ontario Canada, with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, majoring in Management Systems and Design. He received his CMA designation from the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario in 1992. Ralph was with Sears Canada Inc. for 14 years in a variety of financial management positions. He is currently with Rogers Communications, Inc. as the Manager of Continuous Improvement. He is responsible for process improvements within the Finance Departments at all Rogers group companies. Ralph was a speaker at the Integral & In-Power Users Conference in San Diego in 1996, as well as the 1998 and 1999 CheckFree User Conferences in San Antonio and San Francisco. Mary Beth Eikenberg, Sales Manager, CheckFree Eikenberg currently holds the position of Regional Sales Manager in CheckFree's Financial and Compliance Solutions business unit.
