Jim...25% is not greater than 25% and that was the reason for the confusion but trying to sue SEC would be like trying to sue a Judge for ignorance to the law which we all know is no excuse to the law unless your a Judge, as one Judge told me in traffic court years ago. The SEC makes the rules and interprets them to suit their agenda.
