Probably a typo, because a 1998 plan would have had to have been approved prior to now.

Proposal #2 is the one that several people (myself included) are encouraging folks to vote against; while several others say that voting for it will not reduce stock price at all and that those guys deserve the option plan since they've raised the stock price so much.

Anyone else here watching Level II action? I'm using Tradescape and first off, they are double-reporting every trade. Secondly, it seems that there is just loads of stock sitting on the ask constantly. As soon as it gets bought up the ask jumps a notch and more loads of stock appear for sale. When sells occur the bid drops reasonably quickly.

I'm seeing many many more buys than sells, but the stock price isn't moving up. One would think that if there was so much demand out there for the stock, the MM's would let the price run up. But I've only followed Level II for the brief Tradescape free trial. If anyone who follows this stuff more often can shed some light on the situation, I would greatly appreciate it.
