Harry,
Actually it's just not that cut and dried. Adda has contracts and
supporting documentation to legally enforce their position re UP's
contractural responsibilities. There are other forces at work that
will demand that these get addressed. Frankly speaking, as upset as
I am about this loggerhead being thown up by UP, I do believe that
it will be resolved to Adda's benefit. So, believing that, I'd
probably average down in a major way when I see the bottom finally
stabilize.

UP can bob and weave, but they and we know that this is going to have
to be resolved as per contractual obligations by UP. Weatherford
is going to have to deal with Winfield. Yeah that might be off in the
future, but it is going to happen.

So, what they hey.
