Fatt, you need to be a seasoned pro and have nerves of steel to trade it...

and make any money. I read Isoman's posts with interest though, as the guy has shown a lot of faith in the stock and done well in spite of having to move huge quantities of it. Definitely not for the faint hearted!

PE are essentially subjective. ZSUN is however based on two factors...

1) The scarcity (rarity) factor: there are only a handful of Companies that are Internet Asia related AND listed on an American Stock Exchange. I grant you however that at least 2/3 of the estimated EPS of 65 cents for 1999 will be derived from the Seminar Company, with the help of the advertising on the various Web sites. However, the Company is definitely perceived as being essentially an Internet related Company.

2) The comparison with PCNTF, an Asian Internet/ISP Company, which projects 24 cents EPS for 1999, yet trades at $60.00, giving a current PE of 250. AOL, by analogy was around 700, last time I looked.

You have also got to bear in mind the explosive growth prospects in Asia. So, I really don't think a PE of 100 is unreasonable, bearing in mind, of course, that I have a long history of being biased on the stock.
