Re LOR and AOL rumors from the LOR thread, sounds very likely: Message 9574416 Did anyone else here read Dan Dorfman's comments in JAGNOTES that Loral and America On Line are to announce a broadband alliance in the very near future? Dorfman reports that a large shareholder of America On Line told him this. The comments are in today's JAGNOTES. It would fit into America on Line's international strategy-- broadband throughout Latin America, and first Brazil. America On Line has a major broadband announcement coming Wednesday in Washington, D.C. That I know is a fact. Guess we have only some 36 hours or so to see if there is any truth to the Dorfman claim.
