I wonder who would even sell any shares at 2 bucks apiece, share prices were higher then this before any announcements were even made. It doesn't look like much confidence by somebody.

FWIW, my certified mail return receipt came back from the Santa Ana address; someone (NA, DIR?) signed it. There are still humans at the facility (at least one) as we inch towards merger.
