Yup, she's alive and still kicks once in a while. Hard, too. :-) I could never learn bridge. That requires card memory - something I can't muster no matter how I try. It sure was weird discovering that my momma had "normal" attitudes toward the whole man-woman thing. Fortunately she broke it to me bit by bit over some real good eats at the local Jewish Deli. Now I have an Edible Complex. We now swap awful jokes by phone. Ones that use words to make a hip-hop lyricist proud. Who says Women's lib wasn't good for something. Edit. Post-teen angst. I was in college, thank gawd. And that ends the subject. Discussing family on a permanent medium like this is probably a Big No-no.
