They've had plenty of chances to try to hype the stock lately, but instead put out a relatively negative spin on their earnings report. Notice that the insiders sold in March right after the hype press releases, so I think they're doing just the opposite now...buying...or at least they're getting their money man an opportunity to get in cheap. No doubt about it that these BB stocks are highly manipulated...unfortunately the insiders seem to often forget about the business aspect of things in the process.
