London, May 18 (Bloomberg) -- The following is a comment on the U.K. stock market by Logie Cassells, who manages about 200 million pounds ($324 million) in U.K. equities for Capel-Cure Sharp Ltd. .... British Telecommunications Plc plans to build a phone network in Spain with Nortel Networks Corp.: ''Nortel is superb company. Any concreting of relationships between the two is a very good thing for BT. Strategically it's very good for them. Lucent and Nortel are the best networking companies in the world. ''We're overweight in telecoms. It's the best tech sector to buy now. We've been adding to Vodafone as it'll soon have a 4 percent weighting in the (FTSE 100) index. May/18/ 99 10:11
